Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented MBA Sales Fresher to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, supporting sales operations, building client relationships, and helping achieve business growth targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/services
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Follow up with prospects and support deal closures
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Gather market and competitor information
