Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion for Amicco. As a BDE, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with multi-brand workshops, and driving sales to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with multi brand workshops.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
5. Product Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to the product team to improve Amicco's offerings.6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, Order Execution and product, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role in the automotive or related industry.
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
