Role Overview

As a

Customer Support Executive (CSE) / Business Development Executive (BDE)

at Artarium, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and business growth. You will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, artists, and partners, understanding their requirements, promoting Artarium's offerings, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction:


Engage with potential and existing clients, artists, and partners via calls, emails, and messages to explain Artarium's services and offerings.

Business Development:


Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations, and sales prospects aligned with Artarium's goals.

Lead Generation & Conversion:


Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads for exhibitions, art sales, collaborations, and platform services to achieve conversion targets.

Customer Support:


Address client queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

CRM & Data Management:


Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Follow-ups & Relationship Management:


Build long-term relationships with clients and artists through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.

Reporting:


Prepare and share regular reports on leads, conversions, customer feedback, and overall performance.

Communication Skills:

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.

Education:

Graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred).

Sales & Customer Handling Skills:

Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections professionally.

Interest in Art & Culture:

Basic understanding or interest in the art industry is an added advantage.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.

Target-Oriented:

Ability to work under targets, deadlines, and performance metrics.

Self-Motivated:

Proactive, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,669.44 - ?45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
