Research and identify new business opportunities in existing markets as well explore new markets. Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
Create personalized pitch decks for pitching new clients.
Conduct thorough research and develop short, mid & long term strategies for the clients with respect to their brand and business through extensive research of their industry & competitors.
Sell digital marketing & branding services such as social media management, performance marketing, content development, SEO, ORM, logo & brand development, etc.
Meet Monthly/quarterly/annual targets for business development and carry out sales forecasts and analysis to increase business volume of the agency.
Arrange brainstorming sessions with internal teams, & connect with external partners to meet client's requirements on need basis.
Conduct constant market research and stay updated about marketing industry & competition.
Key Skillset :
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
Marketing graduate (preferred).
Strong ownership-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Creative thinking and analytical problem solving.
Strong client-service orientation.
Proficient with MS-Office, presentation software including PowerPoint and Canva.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
Prior experience with Digital Agency preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing and relevant domains.
Research aptitude and an eye for details.
