Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for the company's dental product portfolio.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to map potential customers across
Gurugram and nearby NCR regions
.
Present and promote dental products, services, and treatment solutions to prospective clients.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed reports of client interactions, lead status, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing ability.
Confidence in conducting sales presentations and field meetings.
Basic understanding of the dental industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven and competitive environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Strong field sales, networking, and relationship management skills.
