Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for dynamic and energetic Business Development Executives to join our team. Freshers passionate about sales, client engagement, and the coworking & coliving industry are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in hospitality, aviation, coworking, or coliving, as these industries bring strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

? Identify and onboard new coworking and coliving partners onto the platform.

? Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

? Generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking.

? Support sales strategies and assist in achieving revenue targets.

? Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

? Maintain sales reports and performance trackers.

? Represent the company at partner meetings and events.

Eligibility Criteria:

? Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or related fields.

? Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project experience in sales/client servicing is a plus.

? Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

? Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

? Gurgaon-based candidates or those willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
