Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/solutions. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipelines, and CRM documentation. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) for smooth deal closure. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in Sales (B2C/Inside Sales). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships. Good understanding of sales cycles and customer handling. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
