We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. As a fresher MBA graduate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in logistics and supply chain domains.
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Assist in developing sales strategies and proposals to pitch logistics services.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Support the business development team in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS data.
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or operations (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
