About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (Telesales) to join our sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and passionate about converting leads through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service offerings
Convert warm leads into sales opportunities
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and CRM records
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively
Good listening and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Qualifications
Graduate
Prior telesales or inside sales experience is an advantage
