About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to build a career in business development. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and explaining opportunities or services offered by our organization.

Key Responsibilities



? Make outbound cold calls to potential prospects on a daily basis.

? Introduce and explain about Spectacom Global and what all services we provide

? Engage with premium gym brands and explain about our event services for collaboration ? Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM/database regularly.

? Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, connections, and conversions.

? Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and pipeline development.

? Continuously learn and improve communication and sales skills.

Key Skills & Attributes



? Strong communication skills

? Enthusiastic, persuasive, and confident personality.

? Good listening and problem-solving skills.

? Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

? Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Eligibility



? Education: Graduate in any discipline

? Experience: 6 months-3 years in tele calling, inside sales, or business development
