Sales & Business Development Executive with experience in
agency sales
(PR, Digital, Advertising, Content, or similar). Candidates transitioning from
Corporate Communications
or
Digital Marketing
are also welcome if they have a flair for sales and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in
Canva, PowerPoint, Google Suite, research tools, project management platforms, and lead generation tools
. You should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing a sales process from prospecting to closing, while building long-term client relationships.
This role involves
directly reporting to the Founder
and leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities for the agency.
Use lead generation tools and techniques to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
Create compelling
sales decks, proposals, and pitches
using Canva and PowerPoint.
Conduct industry and competitor research to support sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) to align proposals with capabilities.
Use project management tools to track leads, proposals, and sales conversions.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and monthly client office visits (if needed).
Meet monthly sales targets to unlock performance incentives.
Lead and mentor a small team for research, outreach, and coordination.
Requirements
6 months - 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency in
Canva, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and lead generation tools
.
Familiarity with
project management tools
(e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Strong research and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills in
both English and Hindi
.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment without stress.
Preferably based in or near
Gurgaon
.
Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days/week in office).
