Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to conduct property market analysis.
Experience in Handling client visit and virtual both.
