Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Manage inbound leads and convert them into successful sales through consistent follow-ups.
Assess client needs and recommend the most suitable real estate solutions.
Organize and conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to accelerate business growth.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
Flexibility to work 6 days a week (weekday off).
