Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our sales team. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving student enrollments by promoting and selling online certification and degree programs to working professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales channels (calls, emails, and online interactions).
Convert high-quality leads into admissions for online courses from top institutes (IITs, IIMs, etc.).
Conduct consultative sales by understanding the career goals of prospects and recommending suitable programs.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely closures to meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
Generate referral leads through enrolled learners.
Maintain a high volume of outreach (100-150 calls per day) to maximize engagement and conversion.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective learners to ensure a smooth sales journey.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills*. Ability to manage objections, create urgency, and drive conversions.
Good interpersonal and active listening skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment.
