- Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team.
-Drive cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and Net Revenue for the zone.
-Analyse market trends and competitor activities and formulating strategies to boost sales.
-Collaborate with business support teams to implement new ideas which can improve location profitability Create processes and capability to deliver superior In-Store execution.
-Manage and deploy sales and commercial budgets within approved levels, to maximize efficiency.
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and product Knowledge.
- Overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of coffee culture (India).
- Familiar with specialty coffee, Espresso & Filter coffee.
- To make Improvement in sales from all verticals like coffee powder, cold beverages, snacks etc.
- Promote the sales through online/offline platforms.
- Responsible for the strategic/business plan for the segments.
- Maintains and expand customer base by engaging distribution business stakeholders in the region.
- Implementing plans through distributors; managing the implementation quality; resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining sales system improvements, implementing change.
- Understanding supply chain market changes necessary to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- To manage supplier performance with respect to delivery; to ensure procured goods support production requirement.
- To identify develop and manage the market opportunities and customers in this sector and achieve planned volumes.
