Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to meet revenue targets
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth initiatives
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
