About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive

with prior experience in

IndiaMART, Sulekha, Justdial, or similar platforms

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online portals. Pitch company services (SEO, Digital Marketing, Online Listings, Ads, etc.) to potential clients. Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell/cross-sell services. Understand business requirements and align solutions accordingly. Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently. Maintain client data and reports in CRM.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in

Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation

. Prior experience in

IndiaMART, Sulekha, Justdial, or similar B2B portals

is highly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales process and target-driven approach. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
