The Role
This is a
business development and growth role
across the Sippin Solutions Group.
The position supports
lead generation, client conversations, follow-ups, onboarding, and growth initiatives
across multiple verticals. The role suits someone interested not just in sales, but also in
growth analysis, market understanding, and go-to-market (GTM) execution
.
What the Role Involves
Supporting lead generation and client acquisition across all company verticals
Managing client conversations from first contact to onboarding
Understanding offerings across manufacturing, co-packing, private-label, and flavour solutions
Coordinating with internal teams to move opportunities forward
Preparing quotations, proposals, and basic commercial discussions
Assisting in client onboarding and early-stage relationship management
Maintaining lead data, follow-ups, and insights in the internal CRM
Supporting
growth initiatives
, including market research and GTM planning
Assisting with business expansion efforts for new and upcoming ventures
What the First 1-3 Months Look Like
Clear understanding of offerings across all company verticals
Familiarity with client segments and pricing logic
Ability to manage leads, data, and follow-ups independently
Contribution to growth discussions through insights and analysis
