We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development professional to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across sports technology, digital systems, and government projects. The ideal candidate should excel in relationship-building, market research, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Opportunity Management
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within sports technology, digital transformation, and government-led initiatives.
Conduct in-depth market research to track trends, upcoming tenders, and strategic opportunities in the sports ecosystem.
Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and progress tracking.
2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and nurture strong professional relationships with sports departments, federations, institutions, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, pitches, demos, and solution walk-throughs for government and private clients.
3. Proposal & Tender Management
Lead the preparation of proposals, tender documentation, technical submissions, and financial quotes.
Coordinate proposal inputs and alignments with internal teams, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with the IT, Product, and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are aligned with KTSPL's capabilities.
Support client servicing teams during onboarding, project execution, issue resolution, and escalations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred in Business, Management, Sports Management, or relevant field)
3-4 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, or Government/Enterprise Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Effective networking abilities
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
