Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support client onboarding, manage customer communication, and assist in revenue growth through WhatsApp-based sales and customer success processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are:

Key Responsibilities
Handle client communication via
WhatsApp and CRM systems
Support customer onboarding and post-sales engagement
Understand client requirements and explain Com.Bot solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
Assist in upselling and retention activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (freshers welcome)
Good spoken and written
English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (training provided)
Willingness to work from office in
Surat

Business development or inside sales exposure
Customer support or client handling experience
