We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth for our IT company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that our solutions align with the market's needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Market Research:

Research and identify potential clients and markets. Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new business in key verticals. Generate high-quality leads through a variety of channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media, events).

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions. Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Close deals and negotiate contracts in a manner that maximizes revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain and update a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of our IT products, services, and solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to effectively sell solutions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure that client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Participate in meetings, presentations, and events as needed to promote the company's brand and offerings.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.

Skills:

Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Solid understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, software development, or other tech offerings. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
