Business Development Executive
to help grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective IT staffing and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Understand client requirements related to IT staffing, software development, and consulting services
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and service offerings
Coordinate with recruitment and technical teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Track sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools
Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (IT services/staffing preferred)
Strong communication (English Required), negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical services and client needs
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools is a plus
