We are looking for a driven, multilingual Telesales Agent to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you are the face of AarogyaOne. You will move beyond the screen and phone to meet healthcare decision-makers (Doctors, Hospital MDs, and Administrators) in person. Your goal is to demonstrate our software's value, build long-term relationships, and close deals that drive the future of digital health.
Key Responsibilities
In-Person Consultations:
Visit hospitals and clinics to conduct live demonstrations of the AarogyaOne HMIS platform.
Brand Representation:
Act as a professional ambassador for the company, ensuring the brand's values of trust and innovation are communicated in every interaction.
Lead Conversion:
Take qualified leads from the telesales team and move them through the sales funnel to successful closure.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong rapport with hospital stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership and referrals.
Market Intelligence:
Gather feedback from the ground regarding competitor products and market needs to help our product team innovate.
Negotiation & Closing:
Handle pricing discussions and contract negotiations with hospital management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication & Presence:
Must be exceptionally
well-spoken
with a professional and polished demeanor.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in
Gujarati, Hindi, and English
.
Presentation Skills:
Ability to give engaging, clear, and persuasive product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mobility:
Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for daily travel to hospital sites.
Sales DNA:
A "go-getter" attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding field sales targets.
Education:
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management is preferred.
Preferred Experience (Bonus)
1-3 years of experience in
Medical Representation (MR)
or
Field Sales for Software/SaaS

Existing network/contacts within the local hospital ecosystem.
