Position:-Business Development Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and drive sales efforts to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and conducting sales training. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will oversee sales processes, identify new opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members

Proficiency in customer service practices with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs

Proven expertise in sales and ability to drive revenue growth

Experience in sales management and training to guide and develop team performance

Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is a plus

Previous experience in sales, franchise, distribution, or similar industries is advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
