Job Description

Develop the company's Dealer Network, this includes identifying potential dealers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Take regular follow ups with dealers and enhance the performance of existing dealer to achieve targets across all Gujarat. Oversee the establishment, make a strategy for business growth & expansion and maintenance of the company's dealer network. Implement and maintain CRM systems to streamline sales processes, payments updates and improve customer relations with dealer Maintain good relationship and work closely with dealers to support their sales efforts. provide support in sales, operation and after sales Support. Cultivate strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and trust. Address any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and effective manner, and act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams as needed. Prepare regular reports on dealer performance and market trends for management review. Timely calculation and payments to dealers. Regularly co-ordination with accounts and dealer for payments updating. Training to new dealer for company profile, CRM, Product training. Self-assessment of his own dealer expansion target.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong understanding of government policies and compliance processes. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. Previous experience in dealer management or sales support, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Work Conditions:



Frequent travel within Gujarat. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Solar field experience preferred.
