Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the sports industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients such as sports academies, clubs, schools, corporates, and distributors, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sports ecosystem
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with sports academies, clubs, schools, event organizers, and distributors
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within assigned targets
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and client servicing
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and follow-ups on leads
Participate in sports events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Proven experience in sales or business development (sports industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Passion or basic understanding of sports and sports markets
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
