Job Description

To serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leads via calls from various platforms including digital ads, exhibitions, social media, Indiamart, Trade India, and other trade portals

To Manage all incoming leads for distribution/ dealers inquiries, Channel sales inquiries, etc.

To maintain an updated and accurate database of all incoming leads in

CRM

for the Dealers/ Modern Trade Channels and customer interactions. Track database key points, prepare reports on the data, and present

To engage with potential customers professionally and courteously to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and to address queries about Scarlet products/sales process, etc.

To have good knowledge about CRM handling, trade portals handling, lead management, communication skills, etc.

To take regular follow-up of the orders whenever required, also to take post-sales feedback from the customer and end-user

To prepare and submit regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, market activities, and other relevant metrics as decided by the Organization on recommended CRM/WhatsApp/ Google Sheets, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Business development: 2 years (Preferred)
