Role: Business Development Executive - PCB Assembly / EMS



Location: Western India (Ahmedabad / Vadodara / Mumbai / Pune)



CTC: - 6 LPA

Preferred Experience: 4-5 years

Industry Preference: EMS, Bare PCB Manufacturing, Electronic Component Distribution

Work Mode

o Candidates based in Gujarat (Ahmedabad / Vadodara): Work From Office



o Candidates based in Pune: Remote work may be considered based on performance



About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with proven exposure in PCB Assembly, PCB Sales, and EMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, customer acquisition, and B2B industrial sales across the Western region of India.

Key Responsibilities



- Identify, develop, and onboard OEM / ODM / Industrial customers for PCB Assembly

and EMS services

- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, exhibitions, industry forums, and

channel partners

- Manage end to end business development cycle including enquiry handling, technical

discussions, quotation follow-ups, and closure

- Build strong relationships with decision makers across Purchase, R&D;, Manufacturing,

and Leadership teams

- Coordinate internally with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for

seamless project execution

- Track competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and market movement within the EMS /

PCB ecosystem

- Maintain sales funnel / pipeline reports and support monthly business performance

reviews

Candidate Profile



- 4-5 years of experience in PCB Assembly / EMS / Bare PCB / Component Distribution

sales

- Strong network in the Western India electronics and manufacturing ecosystem

- Working knowledge of BOM evaluation, PCB fabrication, SMT / THT assembly, and

sourcing

- workflows

- Ability to drive technical commercial discussions with engineering and procurement

stakeholders

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building capabilities

- Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with B2B industrial field sales

Education



Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Electronics / Industrial or a relevant discipline. An MBA in

Marketing or Operations will be considered an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
