Key Responsibilities - International IT Sales
Own and manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Qualification ? Proposal ? Negotiation ? Closure
Handle inbound and outbound international leads
Communicate with global clients via calls, Zoom/Google Meet, and emails
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions
Prepare proposals, SOWs, quotations, and pricing documents
Coordinate with internal technical teams for estimations and feasibility
Negotiate commercials, timelines, and engagement models
Close project-based and resource/staff augmentation deals
Client Communication & Account Handling
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
Ensure timely follow-ups and clear client communication
Act as the primary point of contact during sales discussions
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness throughout the sales process
Reporting & Sales Coordination
Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Track opportunities, closures, and revenue forecasts
Collaborate closely with marketing, presales, and delivery teams
Activity & Performance Targets
Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
Maintain strong pipeline health
Ensure consistent follow-ups and client engagement
Meet proposal submission and closure timelines
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3+ years
of experience in
international IT services sales
Proven experience in
full sales cycle closures
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of software services and SDLC
Experience in
resource/staff augmentation sales
preferred
Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills
