To serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leads via calls from various platform including digital ads, exhibitions, social media, Indiamart, Trade India, and other trade portals.
To manage all incoming leads for distribution /dealers inquiries, channel sales inquiries, Etc.
To maintain an updated and accurate database of all incoming leads in CRM,
To engage with potential customers professionally and courteously to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and to address queries about Scarlet products/sales process, etc.
To assist the Sr. Sales Executive by providing detailed and accurate information about qualified Dealers, and to support sales processes by ensuring smooth communication between the Dealers/ and Sr. Sales Executive.
To have good knowledge about CRM handling, trade portals handling, lead management, communication skills, etc.
To take regular follow-up of the orders whenever required, also to take post-sales feedback from the customer and end-user
To prepare and submit regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, market activities, and other relevant metrics as decided by the Organization on recommended CRM/Whatsapp/ Google Sheets, etc.
To work and contribute towards achieving and surpassing the sales targets, identify and communicate any challenges in meeting sales goals, and maintain accountability
