Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, etc.).
Manage online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) to generate leads and secure projects.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and project management) to deliver client solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT / software services).
Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online networking platforms (LinkedIn).
