Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales:
Take charge of outbound sales activities to promote our IT service offerings to prospective clients worldwide.
Lead Generation:
Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Call Hippo to find and qualify new leads through multiple outbound channels.
Market Research:
Research global markets to identify and target high-potential companies for partnership.
Client Engagement:
Pitch our services, set up client meetings, and support the end-to-end sales process through to deal closure.
CRM Management:
Keep accurate records of all sales activity, leads, and client communications in our CRM system.
Sales Targets:
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets focused on IT service contracts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure our services are aligned with client needs.
Market Insight:
Share feedback and insights from clients and markets to help guide our business strategy and improve services.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
At least 2 years of proven success in outbound sales for IT services (services only, not product sales), ideally with international clients.
Communication:
Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable and confident in client-facing conversations.
Tools Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Call Hippo, and CRM platforms.
Analytical Mindset:
Strong analytical skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Technical Understanding:
Ability to quickly grasp IT service offerings and explain them clearly to clients.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours to connect with clients across different time zones.
