Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company's
Upwork profile
Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit
high-quality proposals
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/operations team
Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly
lead generation & conversion targets
Maintain accurate records of bids, leads, and client interactions
Stay updated with Upwork trends, algorithms, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of proven experience
as a BDE or Online Bidder
Strong hands-on experience with Upwork
(mandatory)
Excellent written and verbal
English communication skills
Experience in proposal writing, bidding strategies, and client conversion
Ability to understand technical/services-based requirements
Good negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT / Digital Services / Software / Marketing industry
Knowledge of other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn (added advantage)
Basic understanding of CRM tools
