About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
who can drive business growth through client acquisition, presentations, and strong relationship management. If you enjoy meeting clients, pitching solutions, and closing deals -- this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and target potential clients through field visits & market research
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
? Work towards monthly & quarterly sales targets
? Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and convert leads into closures
? Maintain CRM updates and share weekly sales reports
? Represent Assar Digisol at events, client sites, and networking activities
Skills & Qualifications
? 2-4 years of experience in BD / Field Sales
? Strong communication & negotiation skills
? Confident in client-facing roles
? Ability to handle objections and close deals
? Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
