We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth for our IT services division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the team in achieving revenue targets. This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, emails, and networking.
Pitch IT services to prospective clients and explain solutions effectively.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand service offerings and deliver client requirements.
Follow up on leads and maintain a record of client interactions.
Support the management in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
