About the Role
Aseum Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and performance-oriented business development executive to accelerate our growth in IT services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, achieving targets, and expanding business opportunities in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, connect, and develop new business opportunities in IT services, including website development, mobile applications, CRM, ERP, software solutions, and digital transformation services. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research. Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual) to understand business needs and present customised IT solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations and follow through the complete sales cycle until closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Travel locally and occasionally outstation for client meetings, demos, and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of proven experience in IT services sales or business development. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Solid understanding of IT solutions such as web/app development, CRM, ERP, and digital services. High energy level, enthusiasm, and a solution-oriented mindset. Growth-driven attitude with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel for business purposes. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
