About the Role


The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by targeting Pharma & Biopharma companies and pitching our training, Services, Products, and Projects offerings. The ideal candidate will identify prospective clients, understand their requirements, and communicate our solutions in a clear, value-driven manner.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business opportunities across B2B & B2C segments. Conduct tele-calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities. Prepare & deliver high-quality sales decks using MS PowerPoint. Articulate the value of our technical services and training to potential clients. Manage webinar/workshop prospects and ensure high conversion. Collect feedback, share certificates, and manage post-webinar deliverables. Visit pharma clients for new requirements and material delivery. Support cross-functional teams with client handling and program execution. Assist in digital marketing:-Social media management Email campaigns, Facebook & Google Analytics Content, video & reel editing

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication (English), interpersonal & presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint & Excel. Self-driven, persistent, and revenue-focused mindset.
Candidate shall work in B2B and B2C sales. Confianca Pharma-zon is operating currently in Training, Services, Products and Projects for the pharma/biopharma industry. Candidate shall work into these streams to generate revenue from Trainings, Services, Products, and Projects for Pharma/Biopharma Companies. Candidate shall work to get more revenue through sales and marketing of Products, Services, Projects and Trainings
