Key Responsibilities
Plan and achieve assigned
annual sales targets
.
Build and maintain a
sales pipeline
by prospecting and qualifying new clients.
Progress opportunities through the sales cycle to close successful deals.
Collaborate with
OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
to cross-sell and close business opportunities.
Generate and maintain
weekly/monthly reports
for business performance tracking and internal discussions.
Requirements (Must-Have)
2-3 years of
B2B sales or business development
experience, preferably in
Cloud Solutions, Technology, or SaaS
.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding
sales targets
.
Strong ability to
prospect, qualify, and convert leads
independently.
Skilled in
negotiation, presentation, and deal closure
.
Experience collaborating with
OEMs, distributors, or channel partners
.
Proficiency in
CRM tools
(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
Ability to create and analyze
sales reports
effectively.
Good to Have
Bachelor's degree (technical background preferred).
Understanding of
technical products or cloud solutions
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Familiarity with
local market dynamics
and enterprise customer behavior.
