What You'll Do
You'll be the first voice prospects hear from The Urban Chief - representing our brand with confidence and clarity.
Research & identify potential clients (India + International) using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools.
Initiate outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) and
book first discovery meetings
with the Founder.
Join calls, capture requirements, and maintain a clean CRM trail.
Own proposal follow-ups
and ensure consistent pipeline movement.
Track live opportunities, RFPs, and collaborations - and act fast.
Collaborate with the marketing team to personalize outreach campaigns.
Who You AreWe're looking for someone articulate, analytical, and ambitious - not just another "sales rep."
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) - must be confident in client conversations.
1-5 years' experience in B2B sales, marketing agency, SaaS, or consultative selling.
Strong understanding of sales process and follow-up discipline.
Curious, proactive, and hungry to learn how global brands think and buy.
Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative setup.
Growth Path
