Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and partnerships. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and software solutions offered by Exhibyte Solution. Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and quotations. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth project handover. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



3-4 years of proven experience

in

Business Development / Sales

within the

IT or Software industry

. Strong understanding of

software development services, web & mobile app solutions

, or

digital marketing

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
