BDE - Business Development Executive

Reports To:

Manager

Role Summary



Responsible for managing client leads, ensuring smooth order execution, maintaining CRM records, and supporting business growth through effective communication, quotation management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming client leads and assist in order execution. Update client status and follow-ups in CRM software. Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable products. Prepare and share error-free quotations, maintain version history, check stock reports, and commit accurate delivery timelines. Drive

up-selling

and

cross-selling

opportunities. Follow up on pending quotations and ensure closure. Plan and execute activities based on seasonal trends and marketing insights. Keep marketing materials (brochures, e-brochures) updated. Actively participate in events, shows, and exhibitions. Maintain an organized and clean workspace. Continuously upgrade knowledge in sales and customer relationship management. Support initiatives in business development, digitalization, and process improvement.
