Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through various online and offline channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Support and participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate with strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify and close opportunities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or customer relations will be an advantage.
