, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and managing the complete business development process -- from prospecting to deal closure. You will collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to present tailored IT solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through platforms like
Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels
.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Research market trends, competitors, and new technologies to identify potential areas for business expansion.
Prepare regular reports on leads, pipeline, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in Business Development or Sales in an IT company.
Good understanding of IT services such as
web development, mobile apps, CRM, WordPress, or digital solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in client handling and proposal writing.
Familiarity with platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
is preferred.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
