Key Responsibilities:For Junior BDE (1-2 years):
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, etc.).
Support senior team members in client communication and proposal preparation.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and client documentation.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and client information.
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, and marketing) for project alignment.
For Senior BDE / Business Development Manager (5+ years):
Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing business development team.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong client partnerships.
Lead client negotiations, proposal development, and contract closures.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to design client-focused solutions.
Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
