We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Business Development Executive

to lead our expansion efforts in the

US region

. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in

lead generation, cold calling, and mass mailing

, and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Market Research & Strategy



Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors within the US outsourcing space. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals.
2.

Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and qualify potential leads using advanced techniques and tools. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through online research, referrals, and networking.
3.

Cold Calling & Communication



Execute effective cold calling campaigns to introduce our services to prospective clients. Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to specific client needs and challenges.
4.

Mass Mailing Campaigns



Design and run targeted email campaigns to engage and nurture leads. Create impactful content and marketing collateral to enhance engagement.
5.

Negotiation & Sales Closure



Follow up with prospects to close deals and secure long-term business. Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts ensuring mutual benefit.
6.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on business goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
