Key Responsibilities
:
Lead Generation
: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, generate leads, and manage inbound inquiries to grow the business.
New Business Development
: Reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and help convert prospects into loyal customers.
Client Communication
: Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Coordination
: Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of client projects from start to finish.
Relationship Building
: Nurture and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by offering support, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications & Skills
:
0-2 years in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within the
Cosmetics - 3rd Party Or Pharma Manufacturing
industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Basic understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and market research.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail and efficiency.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports and presentations.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
