. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, handling domestic and international markets, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
This role involves
domestic & international exposure (B2B, private label, exports, and online channels)
and requires a candidate with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads, follow up on sales, and convert into business.
Manage order & stock planning, dispatch coordination, and client requirements.
Organize exhibitions, events, and trade shows for business growth.
Handle client/vendor factory visits and customer queries (online & offline).
Travel for business meetings, order follow-ups, and collections.
Maintain accurate
MIS reports
on sales, stock, and outstanding payments.
Develop long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with production, design, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
Monitor outstanding collections and ensure on-time recovery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Client acquisition and repeat order ratios.
Timely responses to online enquiries.
ROI from exhibitions/events.
Accuracy & timeliness of MIS reporting.
Customer complaint resolution within set timelines.
Effective utilization of business travel (meetings vs. conversions).
