We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in managing online bidding portals to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals, building strong client relationships, and securing profitable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company profiles on freelancing platforms such as
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru
, etc. (experience with these is a plus)*. Identify, target, and bid on relevant IT projects to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and implement
effective bidding strategies
aligned with company goals to increase win rates.
Create tailored, persuasive proposals that align with each client's specific requirements.

Actively engage and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure

Consistently
achieve and exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on bidding activities, client acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue generation
