Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and decision-makers through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through calls, meetings, and presentations.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and reports.
Track sales pipeline, meet monthly targets, and report regularly on business development activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-up.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
