Business Development Executive (BDE)

You will identify potential leads through various channels, including freelance platforms like Upwork and Guru, to identify opportunities and close deals. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, enjoy working in sales, and be able to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Sales Presentations:

Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance business strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Proposal and Negotiation:

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with company goals.

Reporting:

Regularly report sales activities, progress, and performance against targets to senior management.

Customer Feedback:

Gather and provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Required Skills:



Experience:

1-3 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
